Biltmore Farms has evolved from the region’s largest independent dairy operation to a preeminent community development firm. Today Biltmore Farms continues its reputation of regional leadership through such forward-thinking accomplishments as the creation of Biltmore Park Town Square, the largest and most diverse mixed-use urban village in Asheville. Our company has designed some of the region’s most beautiful and viable master-planned communities.
We’re committed to preserving the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains through our community involvement and business practices, including the construction of the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, the first new construction LEED-certified Hilton hotel in the country, featuring a large-scale rooftop solar water heating system.
